The full ADKAR journey

Awareness: Awareness of the need for change.

People understand why the organisation is adopting Microsoft AI and Copilot, what is changing and how it affects their role.

Outcome: Individuals understand why change is needed.

Desire: Desire to participate in and support the change.

Adoption is a personal choice. We address concerns about AI, show what is in it for each role and mobilise sponsors, managers and champions.

Outcome: People want to take part in the change.

Knowledge: Knowledge of how to change.

We give people the practical know-how to use Copilot and new tools safely and effectively in their daily work.

Outcome: People know what to do and how to do it.

Ability: Ability to implement required skills and behaviours.

Knowing is not the same as doing. We provide hands-on practice, support and removal of barriers so new skills become everyday habits.

Outcome: People can apply the new skills and behaviours.

Reinforcement: Reinforcement to sustain the change.

We measure real usage and benefits, celebrate success and keep improving so the change lasts.

Outcome: The change is sustained and benefits are realised.
